Ballerinta

A true self portrait, this dance film highlights the clash between fundamental technique and experimental expression. The rain symbolizes the freedom that can be found by letting go of rigid stylization and just moving from the soul.

The sand keeps falling

Despite being constant and ever present, time's mysterious nature allows it to shape-shift as we experience it. Time is always passing yet can be violent and unforgiving. It feels faster as we age, yet physically slows us down. It can be measured by distance, rhythms, sun-positioning, lifespans, and even by grief. No matter how we see time, many feel like we don't get enough of it. This dance explores time and idolatry, reflecting on how we are not to mistake the gift of time with the one who gives it to us.

Guys on every corner

Made in collaboration with dancers from the University of Florida, this film premiered at ACDA’s Southeastern conference in 2025. It’s playful, jazzy, and reflective of UF’s Dance BFA class of 2028.

Not Quite

Yet another self portrait, this dance film reflects the pressures placed upon artists to give up their passion to fit into capitalist culture. Mandy portrays a dissatisfied corporate employee struggling to find purpose after abandoning their craft.
